Arken Construction completed the refurbishment of the changing & shower facilities in Club Vitae, Clayton Hotel, Sligo. Club Vitae Health & Fitness Club, serving15,000 members and boasting a White Flag Diamond award consists of a 20m pool, children's pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym & luxurious spa. The changing and shower facilities were demolished and refurbished in a live environment and under a strict deadline successfully. The fit-out was carried out to a very high standard and consisted of high specification finishes. Works included:

The project commenced in September 2019 and was fully completed and handed over to the client on time and within budget following a very busy & well managed 6 week period.
